Our Story

Gole Academy and Psychotherapy (GAP) was born from a simple yet powerful observation: in our communities, psychological knowledge often remains distant from everyday life, and access to professional mental health support is limited by cultural barriers, stigma, or simply lack of availability.
We saw individuals struggling in silence. Families facing challenges without guidance. Young people navigating emotional turmoil without a safe space to turn to.
That is why GAP was established — to bridge the gap between psychological knowledge and real-life application.
